Hi C! Excellent fic. Loved that Buffya cted reasonably and intelligently, and the Scoobies knew when to back off.

Loved this line “I know, sweetie,” Willow comforted him, “but, hey, could be worse. It could be Angel again.”

It's just so YOU...but perfectly true. Glad I finally got to read this. I'm off now to go and open another box of tissues.

Oh honey! This was worth every minute you spent working on it. This was the hope that Joss left us all with at the end of OMWF, only to tear it apart a bit ar a time as the series progressed.

So much more the scenario that Spike's actions should have earned him. Thank you!

This was great! I thought that it followed OMWF very nicely. It felt like it flowed slowly enough to be believable, but moved quickly enough so that it followed the main characters.Great job

Awwww, this was so sweet. And I loved how Willow supported Buffy and put Xander in his place. And of course loved the bitty bit. And last, LOVE the banner. It's awsome!!!!!!!!!!!

Ohh, me like! So sweet

Love the way you had her tell off Xander. As true as the often used Anya-analogy is, I really liked that you instaed compared Spike to Xander himself. The fact that no one ever got into his face over the sweet incident always bothered me. Like you pointed out, people died and I doubt their families would feel better knowing it was just supposed to be a bit of fun.

Oh, and your Dawn was great. The squeeling and the horrible cooking - yup, I can see my sis at 15 in there. She would have done the annyoing teenage bouncy thing too
